Application process
For us at ICARUS, a personal interview says more than a thousand resumes.
That's why we place particular emphasis on getting to know you personally during the application process. In doing so, it is not only important for us to get to know you as a person, but also to give you a more detailed picture of us.
For this reason, a trial day is a standard part of our process of getting to know each other.
1. Receipt and review of your application

You will receive timely feedback from us.
3. Trial day
You have the opportunity to get a one-day insight into the entire office routine.
2. Job interview
Depending on the specific position and the company's practices, we will usually invite you first to a telephone interview and then to a personal interview.
4. Negotiation and contract conclusion
We take your notice periods into account to allow you a flexible entry after the conclusion of the contract. Confidentiality towards your current employer is a matter of course for us.
You will receive a permanent employment contract with a six-month probationary period.
